This is an Introductory Edition Tobin Fraley, produced in 1986. This piece came with a brass base as shown, and
also a partially curved white porcelain base. The piece is about 5.5" to the top of the pole with the brass base, about
7" to the top with the porcelain base. Each base had a total production run of 15,000.
The average price of this piece when new was probably $25-$50.
