This is a Sixth Edition Tobin Fraley piece, produced in 1992. The piece is large, about 13" to the top of
the pole. Each of the four in this series represents one of the elements - fire, earth, air, and water. The total
run for each was 2500.
They were also reproduced in much smaller versions for a four-horse carousel which was also issued in this edition.
The average price of this piece when new was $125-$200.
