This is a First Edition Tobin Fraley piece produced in 1987. This piece came with different base configurations.
It was offered with a brass clawfoot base and an oak music-box base, and also with a Wurlitzer band organ background music-box
base. The run number for each base configuration was 9500, except for the Wurlitzer which was limited to 4500 total.
The piece is large, about 13" to the top of the pole.
The average price of this piece when new was $125-$200 (significantly more for the Wurlitzer variant, $450-$600).
