This is a Fourth Edition Tobin Fraley, produced in 1990. This piece came with different base configurations. It
was offered with an oval oak music-box base and a brass horseshoe base. The piece is large, about 13" to the top of
the pole. The run numbers for each base were 2500 total. The music-box base plays "Beautiful Dreamer".

price of this piece when new was $125-$200.
