I'm not positive about this horse, but the leg position is very typical of horses done by C.W. Parker.
I'm also
not sure if this piece ever came on any bases other than an oval oak music-box base. The base is a little larger than
the regular Willitts pieces, and the horse goes up and down (most Willitts on an oak base are stationary).
The
average price of this piece when new was $50-$75.
