I am not sure whose work this is supposed to represent.
This piece probably came with different base configurations,
however I've only seen it so far with a brass oval base. The piece is about 6-7" to the top of the pole. There is usually
no coin set into the bases of these.
The average price of this piece when new was $40-$65.
